Sometimes life throws us through a journey that most of the time we have not chosen for ourselves. Some of those trials can be a result of unresolved Trauma from Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse/Domestic Violence/Emotional Abuse/Spiritual Abuse, Grief, Perinatal Mood Disorders/Depression, Anger, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Suicidal Thoughts, Un-forgiveness, guilt, shame, and hurt. My personal life experiences, education, training, faith, and spiritual beliefs has equipped me to “EmPower-You-2Shift” past broken, and assist you on a journey to healing.
Mrs. Torres also enjoys working with couples who are thinking about getting married, newlyweds, and/or have hit a stuck point in their marriage. She is very relatable, transparent, passionate, and driven to help you meet your goals. She also enjoys working with Ministers, Clergy Man, and Leaders within the Body of Christ who are in need of a safe place to heal and process their struggles.
Mrs. Torres also enjoys working with adolescence and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
